Ubuntu Apport Backlink Vulnerability (CNVD-2021-57436)

A security vulnerability in Ubuntu Apport, a toolkit for collecting and feeding back error messages (information that the operating system considers useful when an application crashes), stems from the fact that Apport incorrectly handles certain information gathering operations, which could be exploited by an attacker to read or write arbitrary files as an administrator using these issues.
