Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS Operating System Command Injection Vulnerability (CNVD-2021-93382)

A command injection vulnerability exists in the Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS, an operating system developed by Palo Alto Networks, Inc. for its firewall appliances, and the Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS Command Line Interface (CLI), which stems from the process of constructing code segments from externally entered data that the network system or product fails to properly filter special elements within it. An authenticated attacker with CLI access could execute arbitrary operating system commands to elevate privileges.
