Mozilla Rust Denial of Service Vulnerability (CNVD-2022-04515)

Rust, a general-purpose, compiled programming language from the Mozilla Foundation, has a security vulnerability in versions prior to Rust ckb crate 0.40.0 that stems from an inability to allocate memory for misbehavior HashMap. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service.
