ASUS RT-A88U Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability

ASUS RT-A88U is a wireless router from ASUS (Taiwan, China).ASUS RT-A88U version 3.0.0.4.386_45898 is vulnerable to a cross-site scripting vulnerability that stems from the failure of the router’s management panel to properly clean WiFi logs. An attacker could exploit the vulnerability to be able to use a custom load to change the router’s SSID on the device to implement a stored XSS attack.
