Vim ins_bs function buffer overflow vulnerability

Vim is a cross-platform text editor. buffer overflow vulnerability exists in versions of Vim prior to 8.2, which stems from a boundary error in the function ins_bs when handling untrusted input. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause sensitive information corruption, crashes, or code execution, among other things.
