Linux kernel is the kernel used by Linux, the open source operating system of the Linux Foundation in the United States. An out-of-bounds read vulnerability exists in versions of Linux kernel prior to 6.2.12, which stems from assigning only the first vc in set_con2fb_map in drivers/video/fbdev/core/fbcon.c. An attacker could use this vulnerability to cause an out-of-bounds read. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability to cause an out-of-bounds read.
