Siemens Solid Edge Memory Misreference Vulnerability (CNVD-2023-71238)

Siemens Solid Edge is a 3D CAD software from Siemens (Germany). The software can be used for part design, assembly design, sheet metal design, welding design and other industries. A memory misreference vulnerability exists in Siemens Solid Edge, which originates from a confusion in the instructions of the program responsible for freeing memory. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the current process.
