ASUS RT-AX82U Denial of Service Vulnerability

The ASUS RT-AX82U is a wireless router from Asus (China). A denial of service vulnerability exists in ASUS RT-AX82U version 3.0.0.4.386_49674-ge182230, which stems from improper input validation of the cfg_server cm_processConnDiagPktList opcode of the router configuration service, which can be exploited by an attacker to send a packet via a tricked-out specially crafted network packet which could result in a denial of service.
