IBM Watson Speech Services Cartridge for IBM Cloud Pak for Data is vulnerable to a security restrictions bypass in Twisted, caused by a disordered HTTP pipeline response in twisted.web [ CVE-2023-46137]. Twisted is used as a component of our Speech runtimes. This vulnerabilitiy has been addressed. Please read the details for remediation below.

**DESCRIPTION:**Twisted could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by a disordered HTTP pipeline response in twisted.web. By sending a specially crafted request, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to delay the response on purpose to manipulate the response of the second request.
