IBM Watson Speech Services Cartridge for IBM Cloud Pak for Data is vulnerable to a denial of service in TensorFlow due to a floating point exception in tf.raw_ops.AvgPoolGrad (CVE-2023-25669). **DESCRIPTION:**TensorFlow is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a floating point exception in tf.raw_ops.AvgPoolGrad when the stride and window size are not positive. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service.
