IBM Watson Speech Services Cartridge for IBM Cloud Pak for Data is vulnerable to a denial of service in TensorFlow due to a NULL pointer dereference in the Lookup function ( CVE-2023-25663). **DESCRIPTION:**TensorFlow is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a NULL pointer dereference in the Lookup function when ctx->step_containter() is a NULL pointer. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service.
