CVEID: CVE-2013-0513**

An attacker could gain elevated privileges using the service. No specialized knowledge is necessary to conduct this attack. The attacker will need local access to the AppScan Enterprise, ClearCase, or ClearQuest machine in order to conduct the attack. Authentication is not a requirement.
