IBM Watson Speech Services Cartridge for IBM Cloud Pak for Data is vulnerableto a denial of service, caused by a buffer overflow in the peer’s SSH version identifier, in Twisted (CVE-2022-21716). **DESCRIPTION:**Twisted is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a buffer overflowin the peer’s SSH version identifier. By sending a specially-crafted request, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to consume available memory and crash the server.
