Security Bulletin: IBM Watson Speech Services Cartridge for IBM Cloud Pak for Data is vulnerable to a denial of service in GnuTLS caused by a double free flaw during the verification of pkcs7 signatures in gnutls_pkcs7_verify function. (CVE-2022-2509). GnuTLS is included as part of the Base OS used by our service images. Please read the details for remediation below.

**DESCRIPTION:**GnuTLS is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a double free flaw during the verification of pkcs7 signatures in gnutls_pkcs7_verify function. By sending a specially-crafted request, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service condition.
