IBM Watson Speech Services Cartridge for IBM Cloud Pak for Data is vulnerable to denial of service in Binutils, caused by a heap-based buffer overflow in the bfd_getl32 function [ CVE-2021-46174]. **DESCRIPTION:**Binutils is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a heap-based buffer overflow in the bfd_getl32 function. By sending a specially crafted request, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service.
