Parts of the UI might display in English when English is not set as the Windows display language. In addition, font size might change for the names of tabs and buttons.For instance, you might see the language change when you right click on a Windows application such as Notepad or Explorer. You might observe that the Notepad menu is displayed in the system’s set display language but the entries in the context menu appear in English. Similarly, when you right click a file in Explorer and select the Properties option from the menu, the ‘OK’, ‘Cancel’ and ‘Apply’ buttons might be displayed in English.This issue is not likely to be encountered by Windows Home users since the Windows version affected by this issue reached end of servicing for Home and Pro editions years ago. If you want to remove the LCUTo remove the LCU after installing the combined SSU and LCU package, use the DISM/Remove-Package command line option with the LCU package name as the argument. You can find the package name by using this command:DISM /online /get-packages.Running Windows Update Standalone Installer (wusa.exe) with the**/uninstall **switch on the combined package will not work because the combined package contains the SSU.
