apps have VM_MAYWRITE access to shared zygote JIT mapping

In jit_memory_region.cc, there is a possible bypass of memory restrictions due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with User execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
