gst-plugins-bad0.10 - security update

An out of bounds heap bug was found in the H264 parser in
gst-plugins-bad0.10.

For Debian 7 Wheezy, these problems have been fixed in version
0.10.23-7.1+deb7u4.

We recommend that you upgrade your gst-plugins-bad0.10 packages.
