4) Description of Vulnerability
Secunia Research has discovered a vulnerability in RealPlayer, which
can be exploited by malicious people to potentially compromise a
user's system.
The vulnerability is caused by an error when parsing RealAudio content
encoded using the "cook" codec. This can be exploited to trigger the
use of uninitialised memory and potentially corrupt memory via e.g. a
specially crafted RealMedia file.
