Linux kernel is vulnerable to denial of service (DoS) attacks. The vulnerability exists in ntfs_read_locked_inode in the ntfs.ko filesystem driver in the Linux kernel. An attacker could cause an application crash via a crafted ntfs filesystem triggering a use-after-free read.
