mysql-connector-python is vulnerable to man-in-the-middle attacks. Lack of server name verification allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access to compromise MySQL connectors in a man-in-the-middle attack to modify network traffic. This can result in unauthorized creation, deletion and modification to critical data.
