nghttp2 is vulnerable to a memory exhaustion issue. The vulnerability is due to temporary buffering of HTTP/2 incoming headers exceeding the limit, which is intended to generate an informative HTTP 413 response. However, if a client continues to send headers without stopping, it leads to memory exhaustion.
