The vulnerability is caused due to a missing validation in the MySQL connection URL using parameters allowLoadLocalInfile, allowLoadLocalInfile , allowUrlInLocalInfile and allowLoadLocalInfileInPath. This can lead to an attacker reading any arbritrary file on the server.
