Intel Distribution for Python (IDP) could allow a local authenticated attacker to gain elevated privileges on the system,
caused by an incorrect default install directory permission issue. By using a specially-crafted file, an authenticated
attacker could exploit this vulnerability to gain elevated privileges.
Solution - Fix & Patch:

Intel recommends that users of Intelยฎ Distribution for Python 2018 update to IDP 2018 Update 3 or IDP 2019 or later.
